KATHMANDU: On the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, Tihar, Nepal Sambat 1144 (New Year), a kite competition was held in Khulla Manch.
Communist Party of Nepal (UML) Kathmandu Metropolitan Committee, All Nepal Farmers Federation Kathmandu Metropolitan Committee, National Youth Association of Nepal Kathmandu Metropolitan Committee organized the metropolitan kite competition program.

The event brought together kite enthusiasts and revelers from across the Kathmandu Metropolitan area to celebrate the festive season.
