UAE have set a 311-run target for Nepal in a one-day international tri-series match of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss at the International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, UAE notched up 310 runs loing six wickets in the allotted 50 overs. 

Asif Khan  topped the score with record 101 not out runs including four fours and 11 sixes off 42 balls.  

Simialrly, Vriitya Aravind made 94 runs including eight fours and two sixes off 138 delivaries while Muhammad Waseem contributed 63 runs off 49 balls to set such a huge tartget for Nepal. 

In reply, Dipendra Singh Airee claimed two wickets while Dipendra Singh Airee, Sompal Kami and Lalit Rajbanshi took one wicket each. 

This is the highest target Nepal have ever received from UAE in the League 2.
